The other day I went at a 7:30 public swim and the water was freezing. They should get a heated pool or not have evening swims

Lots of fun here and very friendly lifeguards. They have great things to do inside during the fall and winter and part spring. Then in the spring and summer they have their outside one.Inside they have their large water slide, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, rock wall and large pool (including lots of floats and toys)Outside they have another rock wall, kiddie pool, double medium waterside, 2 (short and tall) highdives, large pool and sidewalk games.

Haven't been here for probably 25 years since the teen years. Very clean facilities. Pool is super smooth inside and comfortable on your feet. Slides and diving boards are great. Keep up the great work!

This place seems to have really great reviews but the few times I have been there I really didn't a good experience! Perhaps I am spoiled with the great pool facilities we have in my home town. I was on a temporary work assignment in weyburn. I am a daily lap pool swimmer . I work 7:30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Looking at their schedule, the only lap pool hours they had were in the morning 6:15 am to 9am ( not possible for me as I work at 7:30am) and noon to 1pm Monday to Friday. Both times I am at work so they do not cater to working adult at all! There is a 45 min lap pool late Monday nights but 45 min is way too short and not close to the amount of time I spend training in the pool nor is it worth the overpriced $6.25 admission fee. Not to mention how late it is in the evening considering I go to bed around 10pm and it takes me 40 min to walk there! The only day I can go was Sunday's 12-1 ..better than nothing I suppose! My first day there I walked in high winds and rains only to be refused admission since their debit machine did not work. After much Grief I realized that I had loonies in my pocket..hotel laundry machine takes coins only and I had gotten cash back from Walmart the night before. It was luck since I never carry cash with me so I'm warning anyone who is like me...call in advance to ask if their debit is working otherwise they will turn you away . Interesting thing is, this happened a lot at my local pool in Ottawa Ontario but they do not turn you away. Instead they let you in for free knowing that it is their fault that their debit is down. In the change room the lockers were amazingly small they barely fit anything. There is no hand dryer so you will leave with wet hair. The showers have no hot water. You need to press every 10 seconds to get a small jet of water to come out. The water from the pool is cool. I suppose that's great in the summer but in the winter when it's -30 it would be nice to have warmer water temperature. I was approached very rudely by a young female lifeguard to tell me not swim in the lane but on an actual line. Weird. That same female lifeguard kicked me out of the pool at 1pm. They were having a public swim that was advertised 1-5pm and since they delayed my swim 15 min at front desk because their debit was down and I was refused entrance ,I wanted to continue swimming an extra 15 min during the public swim but I was told that 1-they close the pool for 15 min ( need to correct that on the schedule) 2- I would have to repay another $6.25 admission to continue an extra 15 min, even though, again , it was their fault I was delayed. Unbeliable. As a visitor to Weyburn, this place left a pretty bad impression on me, especially that rude lifeguard. I will continue using the facility when I am in weyburn not because I like it but because I have no choice . I will just avoid any interaction with the staff who have no customer service skills.

Had a decent time. Wasn't busy when we went which was nice. Hot tub and sauna were warm, but could have been hotter. Friendly staff. Good price for public swim. Was a better option than the hotel pool where we stayed.

The pool is very nice and clean, facilities are clean. Outdoor pool is very cold. Impossible to go with kids under 6 unless you are 1-1 ratio. So many rules, which I understand but if kids have life jackets on and you are a responsible adult they just aren't necessary rules. Pool times listed online were not accurate.
