McLeod Day Care

Incredible ladies take care of my 18mo little boy every day since July and he love love loves them. Learning so quickly, they are always teaching him new things. Extremely clean, they regularly have him in his spare outfit at the end of the day when I pick him up so he's presentable I stead of dirty if we have to stop anywhere before going hope. So very happy with my decision which was a difficult one to make to leave him with someone full time.

I honestly wonder how this place has 5 star ratings. Maybe there was a change in the last few years to necessitate the 1 star rating that I am giving it? I live close to this daycare and was hopeful that they would be an easy daycare to get into for convenience. Instead it's been a battle trying to get in touch with literally anyone from this facility. They don't answer their phones or respond to voicemails, they do not respond to emails, facebook messages... The one time I managed to call and actually get through to a person, there was no professional greeting or thank you for calling McLeod Day Care" just a "hello?"Any parent who is concerned for their child's wellbeing would probably find it distasteful how bad at communication this facility is. Kids are well attended and well behaved. My daughter is 2yrs old and always excited to go.

Registered my daughter and niece in this daycare and the first day they went they called me and told me they can't handle my children. They didn't give them time settle in or get used to the daycare. My kids have been in 2 daycares and each one said my kids were good and they loved having them there but due to moving across the city I thought I'd try one closer to home. I don't think the workers there are qualified whats so ever. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone who's kids aren't quiet and don't sit still for long periods of time and who aren't hands on learners.
