Terrible management. Phoned in and told product would be there next day. Went to store waited over 40 mins without manager acknowledging my presence. I don't mind waiting but at least acknowledge I am there. Left. Called store next day was told product was in. Drove an hour get there and the guy (he was excellent) couldn't scan the device. Calls manager 4 times while I wait Anthon 35 to 40 minutes. Manager finally calls back to inform counter guy that she sold the product to someone else. I called rogers and they are shipping me the device. 1 star for piss poor management. Also if you leave a voice mail they don't call you back.

Usually I find the whole process of getting a newer phone dealing and with contracts /plans and the whole rigmarole as fun as nails being driven into my fingertips. My experience today however eliminated all my qualms.Daniel, the Rogers agent at village green mall, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding, something a senior like myself appreciates. Daniel was very personable, and was very diligent in getting me the best package that met my needs.I would not hesitate at all to see him if I had any concerns or questions. His knowledge base is such I would be confident all issues would be solved.Daniel is indeed an asset to Rogers!!

Recently was here a few times inquiring about device returns and device upgrades. Was helped each time by Byron and he was great! Not to mention he was working alone both times but was able to help everyone out in a timely manner. He's for sure an asset to this location. Thanks again Byron !

When we signed up for our contract we were promised $200 in bill credits as well as money back off the bill for screen protectors & charging cord.We never received the bill credit so we call Rogers and they told us to contact the store.We went into the store in Langley and was told that we received it, but when he actually looked at the bill he saw that the money never came off and said he would look into it and get back to us.We then relocated to Vernon.I disliked my iPhone XR so I got out of my contract early and got a iPhone 11 Pro on their new edge financing plan. At the time I purchased it the sales person told me I could return the phone at any time and get a new phone.At the Vernon store he also looked up our file and saw the notes saying we hadn’t received the bill credit, he advised us to contact Rogers online.We then went back to the Langley store and they again said they would look into and get back to us.Nothing happened. I contacted Rogers mainline and they refused to do anything, claimed that there was nothing they could do and we had to deal with the Langley store.In addition to this, when I updated my phone my plan for my watch didn’t transfer over, I paid for months for a plan that was not connected to my watch. Nobody at Rogers told me and they refused to do anything for us.At this point we were completely fed up and decided we would pay the extra money to cancel our plan and move to Telus.I contacted Rogers chat services to find out what it would cost to cancel our services all in. They told me the cancellation fee, device balances, and an additional $450 if I don’t return the phone.I went into the Vernon Store and asked them to take back my phone on the edge financing. They said they couldn’t do that until the plan was cancelled and once I ported my number to Telus and cancelled the plan, they would send me something to return my phone in. They also confirmed my phone was in good enough condition to be returned.I just got off the phone with Rogers and they are now telling me that I cannot return the phone because I cancelled my contract early. They do not care that on 3 separate occasions I was told I could return my phone by Rogers employee’s. They said that’s why we have a contract and people make mistakes. He was extremely rude and just kept quoting policy to us.I have never in my life received such appalling customer service from one company. I am out $750 ($200 for the original bill credit & $450 edge financing) on top of the money to cancel my plan. Not to mention the months I paid for a plan that was not attached to anything for my watch.Do not ever get a contract with Rogers. They do not care about their customers and will do absolutely nothing for you.In the past I have been with Telus, as frustrating as they can be they have always tried to help their customers. Once at a franchised Telus store the employee screwed up and Telus ended up giving us about $1000 back even though it was at one of their franchises not actually owned by Telus. Rogers on the other hand said they can’t do anything because it’s a franchised store. We original switched to Rogers because we needed more data and they had a better plan at the time. I could not be happier to be back with Telus.

Very helpful staff. I came in with a complex issue and the one gentleman (Bobby?) was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in and see these guys again.
