My mother has had her dayhome with Child Development day home agency for over 10 years, and she has had a very positive experience with the owner, her consultant and other staff. They are extremely helpful and supportive, specifically, in terms of understanding and supporting her dayhome whenever she encounters a difficult situation or decision. She is truly grateful for all the support and kindness. We are glad she has chosen the right agency to run a dayhome with. I highly recommend CDDH to anyone looking for a great agency! :)

Child Development Dayhomes has been a wonderful support and resource for the opening of my own family Dayhome.All along the way of opening up my dayhome, and meeting the requirements laid out by the government for a licensed dayhome, my Child Development Dayhomes consultant was on hand to answer all questions and offer all forms of help to make sure I felt well equipped for opening my home for quality child care.Since having my dayhome in operation I have had the constant guidance and support of my consultant as I have experienced the benefits and challenges of running a dayhome. I am constantly being offered and have received so many opportunities for my own professional development and learning and have gained so much in my own knowledge and skills through the encouragement of this dayhome agency.Child Development dayhomes takes care of handling all fees and paperwork with my dayhome families, so I can concentrate on providing the best, quality care throughout the day with my dayhome children and families.I am so thankful that I applied to work with Child Development Dayhomes, to partner with me in my desire to provide meaningful, safe care and learning in Early childhood Education!I highly recommend Child Development Dayhomes as an agency for those Educators looking to begin their own journey in providing safe, quality care and learning to children in their own family dayhome.

I had the worst 3-month’s experience with both the agency and the dayhome provider.The dayhome provider complained about my son at EACH pick up when he was there hearing whatever she was saying about him. My son kept asking me if he was ‘bad’ because everyone called him ‘bad’ at dayhome. His anxiety peaked during his time there; he started being very aggressive, biting his nails, and having tantrums. The provider kept telling us that she had to ‘defend’ us when other families ‘criticized my child’, even for trivial things like getting sick although we ALWAYS followed public health guidelines. When my husband dropped off my son, she even ‘warned’ my husband that MY HUSBAND ‘needed to’ isolate because he ‘looks’ sick. That my son was completely healthy wasn’t enough for her apparently. She had us pull my son from her dayhome by constant complaining just because she wasn’t able to handle an active child. She immediately filled his spot on the same day I pulled him, in the middle of the month, which makes me think she plotted this the whole time.As for the agency, they are very unprofessional… They make mistakes and ask you to etransfer to them this and that amount every now and then.The last incident was they sent me another invoice a month after I already made the last month’s payment and pulled my son from there, with literally NO explanation what this new amount would be for. Just an attached invoice and email for etransfer. And a couple of months later she calls me and threatens me that it will go to collection if I don’t pay in two days. And this is when she explained what the amount I owe was for.My son has been attending another daycare for the past 10 months and we haven’t had a single issue with payments and my son is thriving there thanks to the amazing staff.

We used this agency for both my sons Dayhome’s and they are absolutely fantastic! The educators are top notch along with our consultant! We’ve even referred our family and friends to this agency and they’ve had similar experiences! Would highly recommend! Keep up the good fabulous work :)

I have been with this agency more than six years , and I m very contented to be engaged with them as an educator. I really appreciate their support in sorting me out different things . It’s like a family for me now and I would highly recommend this agency whether u r going to open day-home or trying to find care for ur kids .

i have been working with this company for over 10 years now and loving it. There is a reason we have such low staff turnover. The team is amazing to work with and so accommodating with schedules, appointments and of course kids. i have also had both my children with our dayhomes and it was an amazing experience. the children didn't want to leave at the end of the day when i went to pick them up. they would also ask to go on the weekends. Overall a great place to work and have your children cared for!

We had our kids with Lida, caregiver through Child Development Dayhome’s and we loved her. We moved so had to take the kids elsewhere. We had updates from our admin and Lida. My kids loved her, never had an issue, they were always happy to go. Lida was so accommodating and made my life so much easier! Our oldest had her preschool review and was told we must have an excellent daycare provider as she had already learned so much. LIda’s was always spotless, never had to worry what they were eating, were always cared for, and they truly loved her. So blessed to have had her the last few years.

I have to give this agency 5 stars! I contacted them online and got responses on the following day. Jennifer, the lady who I spoke to is professional, efficient, and very supportive.

DO NOT GO TO NANUKA’S DAYHOME (Webber Greens).A. She is only there for money and is least bothered about the kids.B. Her house stinks and they are so unhygienic.C. At first, she told me yes then she might have got someone else with more money so told me not to start.D. The agency lady named Vaneet Kaur is so pathetic to speak to.. she is also working only for money and is highly inconsiderate.Nasty experience dealing with them.

My child care provider was amazing, but the admin side of things was a nightmare. I was with the agency for about 8 months and I had to call almost every month because there were extra charges on my invoice. It was a horrible experience.
