Worst company ever never insure your cars with them. They want just money don’t care about the customer they have the worst customer service ever . Non of their management people care about customer. This broker by the name of suren Navaratnaranjah insured our car give us wrong price then changed it in the middle of the year our insurance jumped very higher . He is such a lier, rude, disrespectful man never ever insure your cars with them. Worst company and worst people in Toronto

Do not do any business with Reza Komeili. I have been trying to switch my auto insurance policy for 6 months and he does not respond to phone calls, text messages or emails. Then when you finally get a hold of him he ignores everything you tell him and says he is 'working on it’. He comes up with lots of excuses and does not take his job seriously. He is unprofessional, incompetent and could not care less about his clients. He has costed me over 1000$+ by delaying my policy switch for 6 months. After finally switching to a new policy (though another broker) and signing my cancellation forms with my previous insurer, I am still being charged by them. Overall nothing but terrible experiences and customer service, would not recommend this place to anyone.

We ended up moving our policy but the customer service from Kiersten Bley was outstanding. She helped us through our change over when we sold our house and was extremely informative, responsive and helpful. If they can get you a good rate and you have a chance to use her as your rep definitely do it!

This is a mixed review because my father cancelled his membership but continued to be charged automatically. However, once we were able to provide proof (that his car had been sold) we were issued a refund. Szuszanna was really really helpful and patient and kind. She made this emotional process much easier. I give her a five-star review.
