Ida, is a warm, professional business woman, who runs a top hair salon. Her prices are very good, the service is excellent and she really understands the client's needs. I have frequented her salon for several years now, and usually have hi-lights and a haircut. They are expert colourists! I would highly recommend this hair salon for their expert cuts/colour, cleanliness and professionalism.

Ida does my hair cuts and blow dry and updo and my hair for weddings, bar/ bat mitzvahs or any special occasion and has done my highlights. I see Vida for my colour and roots. Very personable, accomodating beyond belief. Anna I see for mani, pedi and waxing. Mary, Ernie and Pina and all the staff are nice, professional amd like family. Just need wi-fi set up!

We took my mom to Ruffles to get her hair done after finding a coupon online and calling Ida.Ida is the sweetest human, she is very honest which might scare some people away but she was very helpful. She listened to what my mom wanted, asked questions and made recommendations. She recommended additional highlights to make it look more natural but her price was very reasonable. She recommended to cut more length off but my mom wanted to keep it longer to which Ida listened.She did an amazing job on my moms cut and highlights… We plan to come back!

Amazing hair experienced. I came into the salon with a terrible orange color. She was so polite and when she did my hair she told me she was going to do an amazing job and she did! Very friendly and clean salon. 10/10 would recommend.

Worse place ever! First time I went I had to pay extra to color and second time apprently shoulder length is too long and they wanted me to pay extra $30 again!!! I have never had to deal with a place with such poor service. As soon as I gave thme the groupon voucher, the owner and the haircutter had a small meeting.....don't waste your money!!!!

A friend recommended them after trying it for the first time after seeing their ads on Instagram. I was a great experience dealing with Ida and getting my haircut. They took the time to wash it after the cut as many places don’t anymore. Highly recommend and better cut than the cheaper places around town.
