Have it Delivered

We live in mission for four years up the mountain and I have never had a problem ever. This job is stressful and the delivery drivers are always awesome and friendly. We've ordered wine, food ad grocery pick up and will continue to do so . If you can't afford the delivery then don't use this service plain and simple .

I love this company and the cost very low which is spectacular! I have not seen any other delivery company this low, so I give that 5 stars. But as far as some people who answer the phone... well one so far was rude and it was a guy no idea what his name was and don't care to know, he talked to my mother on the phone and she told me everything he said he even walked away from the phone left her hanging on the line for the longest time till she heard a click sound and then the tone of the phone. . Now my mother was and is a nice person and she was just asking if she could get someone to pick up some cases of cans and that's when his additude came into play..I understand people have bad day's but don't take it out on other's please. We ordered an 8 pack of beer while housesitting for a friend. It didn't take long but they did get the order wrong. We called right away to let them know. The driver came back and went back to the store to make it right. We paid 30 bucks for an 8 pack. The price we pay for not having a vehicle and being way out in Mission...

Very polite, quick delivery and reasonable delivery fee! Have not had a bad experience with them yet and will continue using their service!

I have used Have It Delivered many times in the last year and ALWAYS get great service from them. Having delivered for a delivery Company long ago in Ontario I understand sometimes it takes longer to get somewhere and things happen.For those complaining about the price then dont use them if you cannot afford them. My wife has a saying you cut your coat according to your cloth."I will continue to use them."

It's ok but they need to learn the difference between medium and large serving sizes. Two days in a row I got them to deliver food ordering large fries and drinks. They brought me medium fries and drinks both times, even though I showed them A&W's large sides and drinks online. They even told me they were large even though the cashier said they were mediums when I phoned in my complaint and described the containers. And they would not refund me the difference between the cost in sizes. Just because I am in a wheelchair does not mean I am made of money

We would like to give the highest respect and commendation to some amazing people who went above and beyond service, kindness, benevolence, and being a blessing from this universe beyond description.We have received such excellence in customer service and beyond from the following leaders who keep have it delivered together on a regular basis.My son has PTSD and I have a brain injury and we were unable to secure the pick up ourselves at our local post office.Two amazing human beings we’re responsible for making this happen today, by securing a large package for my son’s upcoming birthday.There is absolutely no thank you that could cover our appreciation for these amazing representatives and we trust that The head of have it delivered, will give these amazing human beings and professionals, the respect that they honestly deserve.Darlene went above and beyond to secure a pick up through our amazing delivery driver Patrick and is very professional wife Marianne.I’m not sure that we have enough space here, to really express our gratitude and thanks for some amazing human beings, who always treat us with such respect and kindness and always go above and beyond for my son and I.Thank you for making my son’s birthday very special with the kindness that you have shown us today and a very special thanks to the amazing Darlene and Marianne for always representing have it delivered with such excellence.Special note to Patrick and we know he will get this… You use the force today to make this happen and we appreciate you more than words can say. Absolutely the worst customer service possible. We spend a good amount of time and money to use this business. Apparently the drivers are not employed by this company. So the drivers get to decide where they'd like to deliver or not deliver. When we called to get them to explain why our order had to wait for till another day. We were hung up on..... makes absolutely no sense. We will be taking our full time ordering to skip the dishes. We wish we could rate this a zero star... but lucky for them they at least get one.

This company is great! I am out of town and had some troubles sending payment but everything worked out after a few phone calls. The delivery was fast and accurate. Their service made it possible for me to share a Happy 50th Birthday Cheer with my brother with mimosas over a video chat from another city!

Took 2 hours to get my food delivered and I live by the Macs on 7th.... so it's not out of the way or anything ... just disappointed. They weren't rude though. And the delivery amount wasn't bad...considering gas is very expensive these days. But definitely need to work on the timing or just the workers themselves.
