My recent experience was mediocre. Dimitri I find is a great guy as well as his partner/ underwriter Patricia.With the transaction from start to finish (not necessarily reflecting Dimitri but the whole process in general including the lawyers and lender)Pros:-Available in the evenings-Fast responses-Polite-Knowledgeable-UnderstandingCons:DelaysThe lender kept adding on additional payouts that would increase your loan and interest rate.Fees after fees after fees plus adding that to the interest (but it’s no initial money out of pocket).We kept signing documents after documents after everything would change hands from the consultant, to the lawyer to the broker, to the lender etc. mostly double talk.When doing a loan make sure it’s what you want and the lender doesn’t tack on this and that because it increases your overall debt.Between fees and what not it’s about $5000,Roughly $450 out of pocket. That $4,500 is tacked onto the loan with a rate.Essentially the job Dimitri did himself was probably right up to par, but bouts of frustration here and there sat in after his part was dealt with and the work was into the next phase on to the next people. I give him a 9/10. The overall experience probably 6/10.

This was my first time to borrow and was very nervous about not understanding and feeling dumb when asking questions. My initial contact was with Dimitri who answered my questions at all hours and always positively. Dimitri mentioned that he would be handing me off to someone else as his job was done and I thought, Oh no!" I connected with Albert who was just as pleasant

My whole experience dealing with 360Lending was excellent.As a first time client I had many questions about my options, the process and the follow up.Robin and Melanie were very patient with my questions. They both put me at ease, and instilled confidence that they could help me. They kept me up to date,and the loan was completed very quickly. They are now going to follow up on my project every 3 months until completion. We have already started to discuss other financing options available at the end of my project.I look forward to working with Robin and Melanie over the next year, and in the future! .
