We've had Kevin replace windows, renovate two bathrooms, add insulation and renovate a basement bedroom. He does quality work, is reliable, respectful and pleasant to deal with.

Kevin and Steve were very professional, personable and did fantastic work. They finished my basement and I would not hesitate to use them again. Definitely recommend.

Kevin is great to work with. He has done a few projects for me. The first project was a stone fireplace and mantle. The fireplace looks absolutely amazing - it is a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace with wood mantle. The second project was to change the swing of a door. The way it was originally installed caused problems getting into and out of the attached garage from the house; especially if you were carrying something such as groceries or luggage. The door now opens the opposite way making access to and from the garage so much easier. The third project was to do some dry walling in the basement. Again a job well done. Then he installed security bars on the large basement windows. The most recent project was to change some wiring for me so that a set of 4 ceiling lights are now on 2 switches instead of 1 switch; allowing me to control the amount of light in the room. I know that I will call on Kevin again if I ever need more renos!! Thanks Kevin!!

KCP Construction has completed a number of projects for us to update an 80's home. Kevin has completed popcorn ceiling removal and applied knock down, done painting projects, widened a doorway as part of a kitchen reno and is about to tackle a new mantle installation. He is easy to work and has great ideas. Kevin is always quick to respond to requests, works efficiently and maintains a tidy/clean work site. I highly recommend KCP Construction.

My basement was already framed but it was terrible and nothing was straight. Kevin finished it perfectly in time and in the budget. I will highly recommend him.

We recently had Kevin at KCP Construction complete our unfinished basement. He handled the project from start to finish and sub-contracted for plumbing and flooring.
