I never go out of my way to leave a negative review, but Jonkman is on another level. You sell parts, any one can sell parts - so really, you sell your service. The service is missing attention to detail, communication and follow through. The sales person who sold us our equipment told us for days in a row that the equipment was shipped, after three or four days we did our own checking and found out it wasn't even in transit yet. Then when it was finally shipped some of the parts were forgotten and then had to be shipped out the following day. When it all arrived it was the wrong equipment, even though we out of our way to remind the person of the exact details multiple times, over multiple months of conversation. Then days after when we receive the proper part it comes with no instruction for installation. We try contacting the sales rep for an entire day while he is in the office" - voicemail

First visit to this business and was more than pleased with the service and management team, very professional, polite and welcoming, showed me around the Wearhouse to get a sense of all the great products that they carry , very impressed!
