Quite by chance I brought my old Nelson clock to The Clock Gallery in October 2018 for repair. After a complete overhaul and cleaning it now works perfectly for the first time since 1984. Although it was not cheap and took quite a long time, it was well worth the wait. They clearly set high standards throughout. The 2 year guarantee of the work done reflects confidence in their workmanship.Excellent.

Helpful friendly and very knowledgeable. However they are not really interested in customers, client service or business - they love clocks. So if the mood takes them they take an age to do the work and can't be bothered to turn on a telephone answering machine, get a decent website etc.

Great, dedicated and expert attention. Keeps my 2 watches (both >50 y.o.) as good as they can be, including making a new main shaft when I broke it. A fine example of a true craftsman!

Very good company, can't recommend too highly. My battery operated clocks were repaired with a 2 yr guarantee, similarly my wind up watch. Very quick and efficient company.
