Terrible Customer Service. Just when I think they can't get worse, they actually manage to lower the bar to another level. Whenever possible I deal with someone else. The only reason I would ever shop here is 1) No one else has it 2)Company forces me to. I would never, ever spend my own money at this location.

I've always had good luck with these folks and been able to find things here I can't find anywhere else. I've never had issues with their customer service as some of the other reviews here mention. I'm a little more generous with my rating because I feel they're better than where they're sitting at this point in time, with their star ratings. Decent reliable company.
