Really disappointed! I had a scheduled appointment last Monday and arrived ahead of time. Despite the ultrasound nurses being available and waiting for patients, the receptionists refused to let me proceed with my ultrasound despite my repeated requests. It's possible that I arrived earlier than expected, and they may have had their reasons for not accommodating me. However, there were not enough people at that time, and I had to endure discomfort by holding my full bladder as I was instructed to do so. I was truly disappointed by their intentional disregard for me, especially considering the service I had anticipated.

The staffs are better than other clinics here. But at the end of the day their objective is to make money. I was told to go ahead with the ivf cycle but then they found that my FSH is high so I asked Jihan what should I do with the medication if it seems impossible to go ahead. She said you can return it. So I was waiting for the next steps and also informed im taking some time to do naturopathy. Now when I went back Dr. Usmani said you can donate the medication and they haven’t responded to my emails there after. Isn’t it amazing they only respond when it feels convenient to them. They should have seen the report first and then instructed me to get the medication. They should have not let me buy the medication until they’re sure all levels are normal. Until repeated tests don’t ask the patient to do financial commitment.

Incredible clinic! All staff at both locations are kind, compassionate and efficient. I was highly impressed with the clinic and would recommend RCC to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

My wife and I got pregnant at the same time at RCC . We are extremely happy with our almost to be two year old boys - 6 weeks apart. We highly recommend this place for IUI - the process was smooth and quick for us. Dr. Shannon was not only a skilled and dedicated fertility specialist, but also a true advocate for her patients. She believed in the power of science and medicine to help families achieve their dreams of having children, and her commitment to this goal was unwavering.For my wife and I, Dr. Shannon was more than just a doctor - she was a beacon of hope and a source of comfort during a difficult time. Her expertise and guidance played an instrumental role in our journey to parenthood, and we will forever be grateful for the gift of our daughter.Dr. Shannon's kindness, compassion, and devotion to her patients will always be remembered. Though she may be gone, her impact on our lives and the lives of so many others will endure. Rest in peace, Dr. Shannon, and thank you for everything.

Dr. Lam was fantastic. She was thorough in her testing approach, and had a calm and professional demeanour. The only thing that soured our experience was the assistant to the doctor who messed up our bloodwork scheduling, and then failed to send through a OBGYN referral...twice (and then gave me my own number instead of theirs for me to chase the referral status). Not removing a star as they no longer support Dr. Lam and the new assistant was able to transmit the referral successfully on first try so should not be an issue for future patients. Facilities were always clean and bright and parking is a breeze. Would recommend this RCC location!

They provided me with someone else’s results, telling me I wasn’t pregnant when I actually was. They said they would do an investigation to figure out what happened, and then stopped contacting me, with no explanation.When I went to get blood from the Oakville clinic, the technician hit my nerve and when I told them it was very painful, they didn’t seem to care.Extremely disappointed and frustrated that a clinic would provide such terrible experiences and then not even have the decency to follow up.

Dr. Corbett. Thank you! Thank you for being so compassionate, kind, thorough, caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable in your field. Thank you for advocating for those who face infertility, and especially for those from the LGBTQIA community who may have never thought that they too can also have a family. My partner and I thank you for being there for us through our lengthy and emotional IUI & IVF journey. Because of you, it ended in succes and we now have a 1yr old son- whom we adore. You never gave up on us, and for that we will be eternally grateful. Sleep well my dear Shannon Corbett MD. We will miss you! #RiP

The clinic is clean and undergoing new renovations. Most of their staff are truly passionate for their craft and incredibly compassionate for their patients.Communication is a big issue here. Cant help but feel they're so busy that things truly do get lost.My biggest frustration is with Jihan, my designated medical admistrator. She is my only source of connection with Dr. Usmani (fertility doctor). I find it unacceptable after multiple phone calls and emails over a 2 week period with no response. Especially if your voicemail says you will respond within 24-48 business hours.
