Great place. They give all the information and then give solutions. Very personable and friendly.

Our initial experience with this business was a good one. The owner was helpful to my wife's ankle condition, provided her with good orthopaedic inserts, and recommended shoes. A staff member then measured her for compression stockings and made a recommendation that required a special order of over $300 in product. Unfortunately, the stockings didn't fit when they arrived. They were not knee-high as had been requested, and as a result, they were neither comfortable or wearable.My wife left on a long trip abroad, so it was six weeks after the initial order that we returned the unopened pairs for a refund (having elected to eat the cost of the pair tried on, even though they'd fit poorly by no fault of ours). The manager on duty said that because we'd bought the stockings over two months ago

Not a happy customer and would not recommend. I bought a pair a pair of work shoes, very expensive, although they were on sale. In less than a month one of the shoes fell apart. It was obviously a defect. I brought them back asking for another pair of shoes or a refund. They told me there are no refunds and that it was MY FAULT" that I bought them on sale. Extremely bad experience. Avoid Sandy Michalik. Extremely expensive. The lady said over the phone that the initial diagnosis cost will be covered or included if you go with orthopedics, however, later on she refused and charged for both. Liars. Non-professionals - Talk more , output NIL.
