We contacted Fama Living because we were interested in the Arianne Love furniture for our home in Canmore, Alberta. Their interior designed Nelly Musayelyan worked with us to create a furniture layout based on our room dimensions, the sectional pieces we wanted and the fabrics we liked. We could not be happier with the furniture! It’s really beautiful, so comfortable and fits in our room perfectly. Thank-you!

Their product is without a doubt of high quality and I am very satisfied with the couch. I was however very disappointed by the client service. I ordered the couch mid-September and received it four months later. It came in late from the promised date, I had to call them to find this out and they never accepted to do a gesture for the delay (ie. offer the delivery). Also for the delivery date they came on a day I was unavailable and I had to find someone to receive the couch for me. Overall, for a luxury item (I call it so as my couch was more than $5500), they could have been more focused on their client. So I remain unsatisfied with their service but satisfied with their product.

They botched my order. Forget to include one back cushion.I have been harrassing them for months to have a status on the miising item. They never get back to me. All they say is someone will call me back, but I have never heard from them.Of course they make you pay total of the invoice BEFORE it is shipped to your place.Worst customer service ever. Go somewhere else.

Horrible costumer service. Was not able to get in touch with the delivery company at any time. On the day of my expected delivery which was a weekday I have been told that I can only get my sofa delivered during the weekend. Was asked an extra amount for a weekday delivery...my sofa is still not here and everything seems unclear. I wish I could give them zero stars for the service. Nobody seems to know what they are doing.
