The salespeople will say anything to get you to buy their projects, including lying about anything and everything. Don't trust them and read everything 3 times and then read it again. A sleazy developer looking to screw you in every way they can. They don't respond to purchaser's and they don't help in any way.

This developer has taken it's owners for a nice cash flow ride. Between 2011 and 2012 we've paid 25% deposit. At the time to choose the finishes, they did a 360 on us. The finishes that were all displayed everywhere suddenly became the $25,000 upgrade to be charged, and the standards were something you would see on a rental apartment upgrade...very very shabby tricks. Then you get an occupancy four (4), yes 4 years later...and then crap happens. Three bathrooms flood on the same floor, bathrooms flood above you, the plumbing company is fired and replaced. Then the ceilings start changing to a rusty colour, then they spend another 6 months fixing the problems...and another year and a half goes by and still cannot close. This developer is getting rich on occupancy fees! For each unit they have probably raised approximately $1,800 per unit monthly for the last 16 months! ..wow they really know hoe to suck it to you...and the city of Toronto sits by, allowing big corp to once again stick it to us.

I have been dealing with Camrost Felcorp and David Feldman both on a personal and professional level for over 25 years.My experiences with David Feldman and his staff have been nothing but positive. You can see the pride of ownership and passion they have in everything they do. Their quality is of a high standard and they stand behind their work.On the personal side I purchased a condo from Camrost Felcorp and the attention to detail in my unit was amazing. All of the minor issues I hadwith the unit was dealt with quickly and I feel they went above and beyond my exceptions in correcting the issues.On the professional side I have worked will all members of Camrost Felcorp and they were a pleasure to deal with. They were open to ideas , treated my staff with respect and worked with us like we were one team. They worked closely with us to ensure our work met the high standard you can expect from Camrost Felcorp.In all my years in business I have not come across a better builder who cares about the quality of the product they put out. I would highly recommend Camrost Felcorp to anyone looking to purchase a condo.

This is the worst builder I've ever had the displeasure to deal with for after care customer service. Buyer beware from dealing with the management at Camrost. They will not stand behind the work of its trades. They use inferior products and have a high ratio of worker turnover which results in inexperienced trades. Good luck trying to get your issue resolved and good luck trying to get someone to respond to email or phone calls. If you're thinking of buying from this builder, DON'T! Save yourself the headache!!

I could not agree more with the other negative reviews of Camrost. This is a money hungry developer that will continuously lead you to believe that they are doing their best to register their building while they sit back and collect thousands in occupancy fees during their delay. They have a thousand excuses for their poor customer service (their customer service manager is slow with her responses, tart with her replies and very vague when it comes to answering specific questions). We would NEVER recommend any Camrost Felcorp property to any of our investor friends or family – this investment has been a colossal waste of time and energy for us and we have a lot of experience with property investments worldwide. In addition, the quality of their build is mediocre, at best. Please think twice before handing over any money to them, there are many other quality builders to partner with.

Terrible terrible terrible developer, have no respect for customers at all. I've been waiting for 6 months to hear from them! For a simple inquiry being removing one of the two names mentioned on the title! Their legal team does not respond to emails and are extremely unprofessional.The condos are over-priced and not worth it, save your money and work with a real developer, there are plenty of good ones out there who would actually respond to you when you need something.

Recently occupied in 188 Cumberland st, Toronto which is built by this company, there are so many issues. The bedroom door and closet in the living room haven't been installed. although there were numerous visits and measurements to the unit in the first three months, some of the visits were not notified in advance, just broke into the unit which is occupied, the washing machine and dryer were not working, it took them 4 weeks to get them repaired. very unsatisfied with this builder.

I have lived in various condominiums across the city and Camrost's building at 101 St Clair has some of the best layouts in the city! Very easy to live in with outstanding finishes. Various members of my family have purchased condos in Camrost projects and they had nothing but glowing reviews for the developer's professionalism, attention to detail, and (of course) a fantastic product!

This is by far one of the worst developers I have ever come across in my life. I have lived in several condos in the city and have never experienced such a disorganized or money hungry company. I feel sorry for anyone who bought a unit from them, truly do.The construction workers, trades and staff they hire are probably some of the lowest quality people you can find. They out source everything and when they do, they find the cheapest person they can find. All owners should file a class action lawsuit against this pitiful company. Any realtor or sales person that stands behind this atrocity of a company should be ashamed. What a scam..

A word of warning for anyone considering buying a Camrost Felcorp residence. Like the others reviews have suggested be prepared to endure poor customer service, cheap materials and shoddy craftsmanship. Shocking considering the price tag and the fact they advertise as one of Yorkvilles premier developers. As if all this wasn't enough they will force you to take possession when the unit is half finished. Personally I have half a ceiling, windows that don't open, no electrical sockets and dirt and dust everywhere. Amenities were advertised but I doubt I'll have access anytime soon. Luxury developer my ass, my friends with condos that cost half as much have been treated with more respect and dignity than I.
