Very dirty, awful service, food was gross, employees playing instead of serving and waiting 40 min for our gross meal! Waist of money! DO NOT RECOMMEND! The tables were so sticky that the napkins we used to clean it stayed stuck on it!

The service today was amazing! I didn't order a drink and instead they offered me water in the frosted glass. Someone came to check if we needed refills (juice for my son or water for me). They brought the food to the table and brought over the condiments when I talked about going to get them with my son. This level of service is rare in fast food.

Charged me the wrong burger and did not give me the combo when i asked for it. I wasn't going to use my card again to correct it and get another bank charge.

Drive Thru on a Saturday at noon was slammed. I was waiting over 20 minutes at the window and they dint even have time to take my money. At one point I had to knock on the window and the cashier’s excuse was that the restaurant was busy inside also and they had only 4 staff. I mean I understand, but you can’t make drive thru wait 20 plus minutes during the day at noon. Fast food is no longuer truly “Fast food”

I've been at the drive thru window for 33minutes for a simple order like 1 burger 1 frie no drink. 33 minutes.. unreal

This restaurant was very dirty. They have a family sink there that was really dirty . The tables were filthy and the floor was coated with grease. Food was extremely greasy . The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. But the place needs a good cleaning

The store was dirty. The tables were sticky. The food was cold and my plate looked like someone threw the eggs in there. The person at the cash keep on touching his face with his hands and then gives us our stuff; handling the cash and never washing his hands. I will never go back there again. Really bad for a public place. And I forgot to mention how slow the service was.
