Went to get a sub over the weekend. The staff were in the process of removing and adding new expiry stickers to old product. Stickers are meant to say when product should be changed, it's a health and safety violation to change the Stickers without changing the product. Lettuce and Spinach were also wilted and browning. Never going back to this location.

It was a good place a year ago to eat/ takeout but now it aint anymore, wont be ordering from this particular place for sure. Because, I ordered from the subway app couple of weeks back, did not like the way the sub was served, as they missed a topping, and couple of other things as well gave a feedback too. But the reply from manager or owner was something I did not like at all.

Ordered via Uber. Very rude stuff. Misgendered. Required to request all the toppings from the advertisement explicitly because How do I know?". What is the description for then? Was asked if I want cheese in my "Steak & Cheese salad."Fix your UI on Uber

Subway is all time favorite for my family. We can eat subway in breakfast lunch n dinner. We always takeout as it's near to my place. Location is good n happening. We are vegetarian so we love veggie delight and veggie patti subways. Service is good. No complaints so far. Also there is plenty of space to sit there n dine in. It's safe for kids n every age group people. Full of parking is available with no parking fee. Great job subway.

Owner should teach their employees on how to make a Subway. Worst experience in terms of taste. No fresh breads, always complain about customers requests.

The food was really disappointing. Me and friends accidentally popped inside a Subway in Ottawa St North Kitchener ordered two of their rice bowls and sandwich. The rice bowls tasted awfully bad and was too cold. It was not worth the money spent on them. The sandwich out of the three dishes were better amongst all. Not trying Subway again in Canada.

The last 2 times I’ve been here there has only been 1 person working the counter at the busy dinner time hours. Multiple people waiting over 30 mins for online orders. I feel very bad for the single person working who does not have support. I will be choosing a different location from now on to help the single employees out and to get my order more quickly.
