I have ordered two 23zero walkabout tents from these guys! Demand was high at the time so there were delays, which was expected, but it was always easy to get a hold of them for updates. I couldn't be happier with the tents!

Product seems good, haven't installed it. But the absolute WORST customer service. Shady too.

After waiting for their roof top tents to be re-stocked to no avail, my wife and I called in to inquire when a re-stock was expected. Over the phone, Megan told my wife “we actually just received a shipment and have 2-3 of the tents you’re after available. Just place a back order on our website and you’ll be guaranteed one.” So we placed a back order on Feb 26th and waited. 2 weeks had gone by with no communication so again, my wife called just to make sure there were not any issues. Again, Megan assured my wife “we’re short staffed due to Covid and it’s taking a bit longer to unpack the container but we’ll update you as soon as it’s unpacked.” Okay, fair enough, we’re sympathetic towards business effected by the pandemic. Another 2 weeks goes by and still have not heard anything, this time I myself call in and speak to Megan. Not having said anything regarding her and my wife’s previous conversations, I gave her my order # and asked when it would ship out. At this point Megan informed me “well you didn’t actually place an order for an in stock tent, it was a back order and there are currently 5 other orders ahead of yours, we do NOT have any in stock, and we haven’t had any in stock since JANUARY.” At this point I was fuming as she had obviously lied to us when we first spoke on Feb 26, and lied again when we inquired 2 weeks after. This is a company that has no ethical considerations and will lie to you just to secure an order. The only reason they’re deserving of 1 star is because they weren’t terribly difficult when demanding a refund. Never the less, take your money and your business elsewhere.

They have a great line of options for camping gear with high quality manufacturing. The LST offered on their tents and awnings is one of a kind.Highly recommended!

I have been trying to get ahold of 23Zero for the past month phone calls, left voice messages and even tried leaving a Instagram message. Guess they are making to much money and don't need my business, if this is how the customer service is going to be I may have to look else where (Treeline).
