Their lettuce is delicious!! Always fresh, never any rotten pieces in the bag and has a great shelf life. Highly recommend.

As a professional chef, I had the honor to visit 4 acres Hydroponic farm and I am SO glad i found them. They have an amazing selection of mixed greens; so tasty & they last WAY longer than store-bought salad greens if stored properly (picture attached how they look after over 3 weeks in our fridge).Also amazing staff and service! Brad was able to help us out with a last minute order for a wedding and delivered right to our door. I will definitely contact them again!
