They have gorgeous products though very expensive. I've shopped with them for years, all the way back before they changed their company name to JUNE. Every time I shop I spend HUNDREDS of dollars, upwards of $500-$600+. In years of shopping I've needed help only twice. Both times communication has been HORRENDOUS. I email AGAIN AND AGAIN and I'm just COMPLETELY IGNORED. I'm talking 4 emails, 5 emails+. I have to reach out on social media, and get to the point of getting upset. Why can't I get a response when I'm calm, polite, and reach out like a normal human being the first time or two? Why do they just completely ignore returning customers who've been with them for YEARS, supporting their business? I l ordered a bunch of bowls and plates recently and one had a hair-thin line split in it that I'm afraid with washing will grow into an actual break over time so I reached out (see photos.) I've emailed FOUR times already and reach out via Instagram THREE times. NOTHING. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. It's like they're waiting for you to just give up, get discouraged, forget about it or let it go." At 70 bucks a bowl

Great selection of quality goods. Shipping is always fast and the customer service is fabulous! I had a small issue with a product I bought and they went above and beyond to make things right for me. Do not hesitate to shop here! I love supporting a great Canadian Business too!

My wife recently placed an order here and we were disappointed with the item quality for the price. Especially the Turkish towel. It felt like burlap and nothing at all how a Turkish towel is supposed to feel. We are now using it as a vet blanket for the dog. I question whether the products are worth the money. Lesson learned on our end.

My order arrived very quickly to Vancouver Island and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. I am swooning over my new 4oz picardie tumbler's! Beautiful packaging as well!

I had an amazing experience with an online purchase from June Home Supply. Their products are beautiful and I love their clean aesthetic. I ordered multiple items which happened to be shipped that same day.The baskets I ordered arrived damaged and they were immediate with their remedy and response.At a time when customer service seems unimportant, it's refreshing to work with a company whose business model aligns with their values - especially when small businesses are being hit hard and could just as easily shift blame. Looking forward to more purchases from JUNE.

Really unique and thoughtful products. I enjoy browsing here and can count on finding a special gift and something I didn't know I was missing in my life. (ie, precision made Japanese scissors that make cutting paper an absolute joy, lol.) The staff and owner are always friendly in person and online. A fantastic small business in the city.

A beautifully curated selection of products - all of excellent quality. A great shop to buy gifts for others & a few treats for yourself. Absolutely wonderful customer service.
