We used Moving Up to move locally in North Vancouver. They were exceptional from creating the inventory of our house to the placing of the boxes in our new home. Mo and his team never said no to some of my crazy requests – they were very accommodating and went beyond to meet my expectations. I had to move a sensitive and specialised piece of equipment – they prepared a special plan and moved my equipment safely and securely handling with care and attention at all times. They also had to move a king size bed by hoisting it to the first floor which they did very easily to our satisfaction. All the moving staff are pleasant to talk to and happy to serve.I highly recommend Moving Up – they treat you like you are their only customer and make sure you are happy every step of the way. Truly professional and saved me all the stress and anxiety of moving house.

West Vancouver.......They were perfect. Not the best day to move. Rained most of the day. Moe and his partner were very careful on how they handled our belongings. They were fast and very efficient. The worst part was, at the new apartment building the elevator was out of service. Very typical of Vancouver's older apartment building. But Moe and his partner just carried on up the stairs. Mind you, we were only on the 3rd floor but still it was the stairs.Bravo to both guys. They were very gracious about the situation. Thank you and I would definitely recommend Moving Up Inc.

We recently used Moving Up for our move from Vancouver to the Sunshine Coast and were very pleased with the service they provided! We found them reliable, respectful, and friendly from start to finish. There were absolutely no complaints about carrying our furniture up our steep driveway, and also the hill at the side of our house. Exceptional care was taken in packing all our items and everything arrived safely. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails, and the value for money is excellent. We hired Moving Up to pack and move a truckload of furniture and household items for my 94 year old mother. Mo and Hamid were very polite and friendly and they took great care with her treasured antiques, wrapping each item professionally to ensure no damage occurred. They arrived on time, worked quickly and delivered the truckload of items to her new apartment without a problem. Owner, Mo, followed up by text to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Among all moving companies I used in the past 16 years, Move Up Inc is by far the best ever moving company I used. Every single person in this company I contacted were respectful, kind, responsible and caring. They arrived right on time at 8:00 am as promised. The moving team (Mohammad and Hamid) were very respectful and hard working gentlemen. They did the highest ever care of my move and I couldn't believe how my moving went smooth. Mohammad and Hamid did not waste even a single minute and I had to force them to stop twice to take a break. They were non stop working and just doing the work with respect and dignity.
