Very bad experience.We took the property in very bad condition carpet was so nasty,walls dirty smell veryverybad...You ask for assistance to fix a window during winter they answer to you, well we will send someone to fix...no one shows up.Every month, they will send you a reminder for payment even I'm paying before 10 days off the end of the month .You have to call them and explain to them you already did it .You give back the property, and you should wait more then one week to get back your deposit.You try to call the manager she just text you after one hundred calls. I'm busy...People no professional avoid to deal with them absolutely

Do not rent any properties managed by this company.They will do nothing to combat noise complaints. They asked for noise recordings, they got them. Did nothing but talk to the upstairs tenants" once more

We can personally say that Helison was wonderful to work with. He is extremely professional, thorough and goes the extra mile. He picked our family up and showed us our new home. He was courteous and listened to our requests. Helison is a hard-worker who enjoys what he does and takes extreme pride in his work.
