1/10. Would not recommend. I drove across the city to come here specifically to support a small place rather than a big box. Won’t be back. WORST SERVICE EVER! I waited at the counter for 15 minutes while 5 different staff members walked by, with only one other customer in being served. When someone finally did come help, she was outright rude. Do yourself a favour…find somewhere else.

Whatever my plumbing issue is the plumber at household plumbing is helpful. One time I could not find a part to a toilet and he told me they haven't made that for years. And showed me the book that indicated when they stopped making it. Or the time I looked for a part that no one seemed to have. He told me they don't make that part anymore " he was right. It would have been helpful if the other plumbing supply houses would have been that forthright. Start with Household Plumbing they are all you need!"

We needed a kitchen tap installed, along with a p- trap, and bathroom faucet work.Matt arrived right on time, he was very friendly, and efficient.Had everything done in an hour a half, also gave us some great tips about the kitchen faucet.We are super pleased with his work, would definitely recommend to friends.Thanks to Matt The Magician!!Heather & Paul

I have now had two bathrooms and my laundry room renovated by Household Plumbing. They have done a magnificent job. Ken is wonderful to work with, he takes all the anxiety out of getting a renovation done. He is unwaveringly cheerful, very creative and a hard worker who cleans up everyday. He does every thing possible to make sure the client is happy with the end result. The rest of the crew is great as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This company DOES NOT stand by their warranty if the company product they install goes out of business. My sister used this company to install a shower in her home and the glass doors shattered while closing them one morning. The shower stall was still under warranty but this company refused to assist them because the product company was no longer in business. Instead they offered them a new unit out of HER POCKET! If you use this company research products they are using for the install and call that company to be sure that they will be in business for the time period of your warranty or use a business that will honour the warranty regardless of their company product warranty. My sister is retired and she can’t afford new install out of her own pocket.

I've used Household Plumbing many times over the years and have no complaints. Most recently I was looking for a part for a Kohler toilet, (which it turns out no one in Canada stocks). The member of staff I dealt with spent a good deal of time figuring out which toilet it was and ended up printing out a parts list for me so that I could get the part direct from Kohler. Great service.

Worst service provider ever. Sent two emails for service received feedback asking for my number but never got a call back. Finally called them and was told to text my information. I asked why they put an email feedback form on their website was told to just text. Waited for two days for feedback was told it would take a couple more days a week later no response. Business must be good when you can just ignore customers.

They were fine for basic needs but when I needed to return something (with my receipt) they didn't return the taxes. Buyer beware unless you know you won't need a return.

Went in with a model and brand of a specific pump I needed and I received a friendly phone call the next day advising me that it had arrived.
