We had a flood in my condo at around 10:00pm and the management office called Spectrum. Within the hour two professional technicians responded and removed the water in the living room and kitchen. They did a very good job and returned a few days later to pick up the equipment, checked for dampness and cleaned the carpeting. I would recommend them for a flood.

I had major carpet stains in my corridor carpets and they managed to get them out the SAME day I called. Great work and friendly with staff!

I'd like to thank Spectrum and the staff for helping with our massive water leak we had during the pandemic lockdown. They arrived within 30 minutes of our call and saved thousands of dollars in damages by responding quickly! True professionals. I recommend Spectrum for Commercial buildings

Incredibly dishonest company. They came in to do a mould replacement for some drywall after a flood in our space. Because this is my business, I asked how long it would take, I was told 3 days max. Because it meant I'd have to close, I went over the timeline with them very specifically. They had the drywall removed only up to one foot, I asked what the law requires then they extended it some more after arguing with me. I then, noticed that the drywal removers were getting ready to replace the drywall and I'd asked why when there was visible surface mould on the framing. I then called Doug the project operations manager who said he just thought it was drywall replacement which he is lying, because we walkd through and did the tour ourselves, and talked all about mould. He stopped his drywall team from working at 12 noon on the 19th of february, and my wall is still destroyed and I cannot do any business. He's made no real attempt to rectify the situation and is now saying somone won't be here until Mar 1st and it won't be finished even on that day. This is incredibly challenging and disappointing. As I'm a young business owner, this has really disrupted my ability to work his month and jeporadized us financially. We went from a 3 day job to a two week job, no apology, no care.

Can’t say anything about their quality of work but three of their work trucks keep blocking up or visitors parking in our complex. Numerous tenants in our complex are not pleased we barely have enough parking as it is and they have two to three trucks here. Kindly get rid of them or we will start towing

Amazing Pianos Pianos and more pianos.Excellent staff well informed. Demonstrated without bias to any piano. Soft warm grand to loud electronics.All ranges of pricing without pushing. What do you like to hear.They liked every piano and it's amazing sounds that no electronic can duplicate.They treated the Pianos with the love of each sound board nuances.I am not sure they wanted to part with any of them. Good Pianos are difficult to find today.Just go there to experience the sound of the best this world can give us. And yes self playing if you want installed. Etc.Feeling of sound has no words.Certainly an emotional experience.They treated every piano with such respect.But with love of what each could do. You came away wanting to buy several Pianos for each mood.Perhaps the best piano dealer in Canada

We had a flooding in our place, so we called this company. They said they were going to be there within the hour, but they took over 4 hours to come, by the time they came 99% of the water was already removed by myself and a friend. They came looked around and dropped a bunch of heavy duty fans and two humidifiers and were gone within 5 minutes. They were supposed to pick up the fans within 24 hours but did not come back to retrieve it for 3 days. The problem is they billed me for stuff they never did. To my horror, when I received the bill, they charged me for services they never did. They charged for cleaning up excess water, disinfecting and deodorizing the walls and surfaces. Since they left the fans for 3 days instead of 24 hours, the bill came up to $2,800 which is a such ripoff. We called the president of Spectrum and told him that we were charged for services that were never performed. We asked him to lower the bill to a reasonable rate, but he told us basically we were screwed and we had no choice but to pay the bill. I highly recommend to stay away from these crooks, they don't care about the customer they just care about your wallet. Boo!

Would highly recommend! Spectrum installed new flooring for me. There was a manufacturing flaw with the wood (shrunk after a few days and there were gaps between the panels). I called the owner and he immediately scheduled a team to come take a look. They then re-did the floors! While the whole process took longer than I had planned, Spectrum was really great with customer service and I would definitely use them again.

If there would be 0 stars I would have put it. Dishonest, unprofessional individuals. Do yourself a favour and do your research before spending your hard earned money on this mickey mouse business. Ray Kulchyski and their owner Fred Rosen are simply lack integrity simply said. Have talked to Fred at least 5 times and he was going to look into my issue ASAP and never a follow throw. Charged 1.700$ for literally something I could have asked a friend to do for 100: with Benifect for Mold. No containment chamber was used as stated on the invoice. Anyhow not sure how they can sleep at night knowing that they simply lie to people.
