When you walk into Rugged Rock Harley Davidson, you are treated, as only fellow Newfoundlanders know and understand, with warmth and friendship that us on the East Coast share. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and show great passion for their brand.The shop is laid out with a collection of motorcycles, motor clothes, parts and change rooms. I consider a Harley floor display as the best bling around. It never gets old looking at Harley's.Attach is a photo of my latest Harley, which has been my third bike from this brand.

Brian(bono) is excellent to deal with. If there's any way this guy can help you he will and he's always available. I got a reply from him at 11:30 pm through email. I got a reply from him at 7:30 am by text. I whole hearted recommend dealing with him.

Excellent staff. Worked with Bono and Andy last year during a COVID lockdown to obtain a ‘21 street bob. They were unbelievable in helping me secure a bike. Service team is awesome too. Superior customer service from everyone at the shop. No matter what you’re looking for anyone and everyone is willing to go above and beyond.
