Horrible. Unprofessional. I was given the run around. I was told that everything would be taken care of. Then they blocked my phone calls. I called from another phone to reach them. They made it sound like it was my fault.They argued against me, against vocabulary, as to what my lawyer wanted. Then they told me that they are doing what I told them to do. Until I reminded them that I called to ask Mr Sullivan to hand in the work over to my lawyer, and it is on voicemail. Then they acted like they did nothing wrong. They then completed my work. And they billed me fully. My honest review on Yellow pages was deleted.

Do not use. Gave them money and info and never heard back from them.

Very professional.

Took my retainer, couldn't find what I was looking for even though I had no trouble myself. Then wanted more money!! Look elsewhere!

If I could give zero I wouldI give them very big retainer $5000I give them all the information that I can give to make the investigation easy.I called them many times no answer.I have received report from them and it was saying everything I give them(the report was my I information to support their search )They did nothing and say they used my $5000 for investigation and also leak all the informationDo not use that company!!!
