Nice Cineplex branch and maybe the only one in lower mainland offer screenX.Unfortunately recliner DBox is not offered at this location. All facilities are in good condition.Paid parking available on street and also underground.Atmosphere is fun, young and good experience in general.Staff are friendly and supportive.Watched TopGun on screenX and it was nice.If could not purchase ticket on higher levels and back of the theatre, I would suggest not to bother to try ScreenX and try DBox or Regular instead.

Dropped in to see an afternoon matinee of a new movie, we were prompted to buy our tickets at a machine, which also provided selected options for seat selections. We chose our seats and proceeded to check in. We found theater#2 and walked in, to find less than a dozen people seated. The screen was large, and I noticed the sound was a tad harsh on the upper range, typical of P/A horn speakers. and over equalized mid-range setting. The screen was large and almost overwhelming, The sound quality suffered in many ways, as noted from harsh upper tones, along with what seemed to be, a blown overhead Bass loudspeaker, which ruined any dynamic or ominous effects in the movie, to the point of comedy.I honestly feel that my humble Home-Theater system, would have done much better.I am surprised that this important issue has not been addressed to date.

The theater was amazing, great seats, good screen, we had a good time. There was a Groot figure on the occasion of guardians of the Galaxy vol -3 to take photos with. The food options were good too. Overall a great movie experience.

Movie: Guardians of the Galaxy 3The D box seats in the theatre are motorised to simulate movement within the movie. The vibration is adjustable to 3 levels, but cannot be turned off. The vibration adds to the experience of certain movies, but is sometimes forced and unnecessary.Tickets are half-priced on Tuesdays, so that's the ideal day to go. Has a good selection of snacks available. The sound system is definitely at par with other halls.

Pretty big theatre, great sound, but the seats are pretty old and uncomfortable. However, the building itself is quite nice. There are snacks and food options on every floor and there are 3 floors total. They also have a great selection of movies that they bring in. It’s definitely the best theatre in the downtown area!

Some staff go above and beyond like Maria L. She’s been there a while now always see her. She’s very friendly and helpful to the guest & I have seen her do her job first hand very well (10/10) for herLocation wise it’s Great.Suggestions: up the food and auditorium

Traffic and parking is the downside. They are the only Cineplex that offers ScreenX in Vancouver and North shore to my knowledge. In our last visit I realized they don’t have recliner option for DBox which is unfortunate.

Though inside of the building was clean and staff were friendly. That is pretty much the positives of this theater. The actual movie experience was really disappointing. The seats are clearly made for someone small and skinny. I'm not that large but I am tall.I had to squeeze into my seat. The cushions had no padding, the arms were so pressed against the seats that you had to use the adjacent holder to place your drinks. Your arms or elbows would rest in the holders. The lights didn't dim but flickered the whole movie like strobe lights which was very distracting. The screen would occasionally dim out of nowhere making the more darker parts of the movie hard to see.The washrooms were also pretty gross. The men's washroom smelt like strong urine. The toilet seats were gross. Pee everywhere on the seats or speckled around the floor. Wet and dry.To be honest I believe the main problem is it's outdated. For a theater that placed in the middle of Vancouver, it's very disappointing to see such low standards. It was such a bad experience I won't be coming back, which is disappointing because I really wanted to have a good time.I wouldn't recommend viewing any movie at this location.

While it is a nice theatre, the experiemce was kind of painful. After standing in line to get overpriced snacks, having to stand in another lone to fill up my drink myself is super lame.I was left asking my wife “Why am I paying 35$ for some kid to hand my a bag of popcorn if I have to get straws, napkins and pop myself? “ for this price they should have in seat service.
