Andrew was great to deal with.He was able to find us the equipment we needed despite the difficulty.He was great and saved our project, without him being able to find the compressor on time it would've been in trouble with the project deadline.

Nothing but 5 stars for the staff at this branch. They always meet my expectations and are always looking to help with my rental needs. Today they showed me some new all electric equipment that we can use on projects were electric equipment is only permitted.

First time we were using United Rentals.We were purchasing new jumping jack, great price compared to others .Gentlemen at front desk (Fred Monaco) did more then we asked for.When I only mention that jumpin jack is going straight to side he offert oil gas so it’s ready to go.Super service definitely a will be back if we will need more tools .

United Rentals came through on time and relocated a huge lake of rain water with their Flood management Division,Tyler the Tech did a stand up job setting us up for Success!John the sales man was fast and organized to keep us on budget and keep us moving!!!

UR staff are always helpful in getting rentals set up with minimal leg work on my part. Great communication with drivers delivering or picking up equipment.

Fred & Andre went out of their way today to be helpful & proactive with a client (us) that they have never met.Highly impressed, thx gentlemen!

scissor lift rented was unsafe, customer service not in canada and many many long holds to get help, get the machine picked up and they rent for a week but still require you to call for the pick up. double charged me without authorization or a phone call back to me.

UPDATE: Managers Mike & Fred contacted me to rectify the experience I previously had. They went out of their way to ensure I got a working unit (even shipping one in from another location) that also had accessories with it as well. Very happy with the follow-up experience from both Mike & Fred and will definitely go back again. It's unfortunate I had a bad experience at first but I'm glad they are looking out for all of their customers (DIY to enterprise)!ORIGINAL: Unit I rented was clearly not cleaned at all (no expectations for it to be spotless) nor apparently tested for any period beyond turning on and off. The HEPA Vacuum failed to vacuum after the first 2mins and was blowing out insane amounts of dust from the unit when turned on (thankfully started it up the first time outside). Got my refund for the item but my time and gas to come all the way back really turned me off. Staff was friendly when setting up the appointment but the whole experience was quite poor.

Asked specifically for equipment for a 2 pull and the tugger was sent missing the 2" component. So another unit was sent and that also was missing the 2" attachment...so we waited until the afternoon for the piece..the pull was finally completed on OT.. not happy"
