I ordered from here several times. Fruit is usually poor quality. One time they didn’t send the balloons I ordered but didn’t say anything. I only found out when my friend sent me a pic of their arrangement and I asked where the balloons were. Poor customer service.

Edible Arrangements Burlington sponsored lots of fresh fruit and chocolate covered fruit for our 27th anniversary party. They had great customer service, friendly and helpful and our members enjoyed it. We would highly recommend them for company parties as they are great to work with. Thank you!

Excellent customer service! I was having some trouble (on my end) placing an order last night through the online service and had to call the store in the morning for assistance. My call was answered promptly and the gentleman who took my call was very helpful and friendly. I was able to place my order immediately and with no issues. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Burlington.

Grateful for this team! I called 10 min before closing for a last minute order and I wasn’t refused! They waited for me after the closing to get to the store and pick up my order! That was a big help and they actually saved my day! Thank you very much for caring and for the great business! Yummy chocolate and fresh fruits!

Used them several times and smooth experience every time.The gentleman at this location is always super helpful over the phone.They’ll always be my go to for recipients who don’t want actual flowers.(Don’t worry the half donut didn’t come like that, recipient just couldn’t wait lol)
