I don't know about anyone else but for me to find a good HONEST GARAGE with SKILLED mechanics is like winning the lottery and you don't want to lose it. It's like a woman finding a great hairdresser because they're so good you become very loyal.TROUT LAKE AUTO IS THAT GARAGE!You can trust those grey hairs of experienced you see on the mechanics and the owner. Those mechanics are loyal to the establishment and have been there for years.I have had a lot of work done there over the years always satisfied that they'll get to the bottom of issues. As a side note there's a reason other mechanics send their air conditioning to this shop as well . Because they Trust Trout Lake Auto to do a good job for their customers.

Over an hour wait for a simple scheduled oil change. No apologies were given. They should no have booked the appointment if they couldn't accommodate me. Seems like they don't respect anybody's time but their own.

Very happy with the service I received. My car broke down and they worked really hard to figure out what went wrong, even though my car is not something they regularly service (I drive a Mercedes Benz B200). The cost to have it looked at was very reasonable. I will go back again for future servicing.

Great staff. Good place to bring both our vehicles in for repair, fixes what needs to be done and let's you know if there is anything else they find that needs attention
