I recently got work done here a couple times and I cannot emphasize how happy I am with the service. The whole team at Quality Lube & Tires have always provided detailed explanations of what work is being done on my vehicle and have always assisted me with questions that I have had after the work was completed. What has set this place apart from other shops is how they will go above and beyond to keep their promises to their customers. They mentioned they would have my car back at a certain date and they worked extra hours to accomplish that deliverable. I cannot recommend this place enough and their commitment to the quality of work and their extensive knowledge in what they do makes this my primary location for any work on my vehicle.

First time at this shop after it was highly suggested to me by a friend, to get my brakes done. Their staff and service were EXCELLENT, and I will be going back for other work without question. Fair prices and good quality work. Didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need which was awesome.I normally distrust auto shops, but these folks have my trust and my business.Addition: I have been to this shop several times now for lots of different work on both of my vehicles. 10/10 for this shop and the staff. They were able to do my oil change and inspection so I didn't have to go down to the dealer in Cambridge and the price was unbeatable!! The dealership wanted to charge me double! I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The owner was also able to walk me through the issues I had with my car as I requested as well. Will definitely bring my other cars here for service in the future.

Dee and Nav are amazing to work with and took care of me right from the start. I met this very friendly and welcoming Harpreet at Quality Auto Services on Brock road for the first time to get my flat tire fixed. I walked-in as a new customer without any call or appointment and mentioned I'm new to the area and have no other option in the area to get this tire fixed.Harpreet right away took care of it and helped out. My issue was small but they prioritized it for me and the thing inspired me was they didn't charged me for their service. Very happy with the service and their welcoming attitude towards their customers. I've also seen some very nice collection of alloy wheels for expensive brand and exotic cars. Cheers! I will 100% recommend this place.

Deepa and his team were so accommodating and helpful. Although it was the busy season they made it a priority to help me out and gave me cost effective options. Deepa took the time to talk through everything with me, and even spoke to my Dad about what was going on with my vehicle. I recommend anyone takes their vehicle here for servicing.

This is a very well run garage. Deepa is intelligent, well spoken, explains issues well, and clearly cares about his clientele. All staff seem very competent and hard working. I've had excellent service and advice about my vehicles in the 3 years I have been coming here. It's great to have a garage that I feel secure about bringing my car in for repairs.
