Had a fantastic experience today with Todd and Andy. Their inspection was done with professionalism and showed a true understanding of their work. The report provided was exceptionally detailed and arrived quickly. I would strongly recommend 20 20 to anyone who is looking for a quick, professional, fully informed , exceptionally detailed service. In short a positive return that provided us with great peace of mind allowing us to fully understand what we were buying. Great work guys!

Just went through our 86 pages inspection report, and I cannot praise Todd and his partner enough for their exceptional service during our recent second home inspection in Canada. From start to finish, they went above and beyond our expectations, leaving no stone unturned and ensuring that every detail was thoroughly examined.Todd and his partner's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the inspection process. We had 2 inspections done with Rocky. We were very impressed with his patience and attention to detail. With a million questions, he took the time during the inspection to answer all of them in detail. They made the entire process easy and worked around our schedule, even agreeing to do the inspection on a holiday. Since we were curious about so many things, he took several hours to complete the inspection and explain how things worked, which is valuable information for us down the road. I would always go with 2020 down the road if I am to buy another home and ask specifically for Rocky as he was a pleasure to work with throughout. The report was also incredibly detailed and its clear a ton of time and effort was put in to make sure nothing was missed.

They gave me a bunch of maintenance tips along the way and talked me through each part of the inspection thoroughly. They clearly had a passion for houses and were incredibly friendly. They started the inspection at 12pm and I had an extensive report waiting in my inbox the morning of the following day. Highly recommend going with these guys

Great experience! Todd and Lucas were both amazing guys. Todd went above and beyond inspecting my first home and Lucas went out of his way by walking me through my home and explaining everything to me from tips to keep my home in good shape to recommendations for the right equipment. The inspection write up was easy to navigate and well organized. Definitely recommend!!

Tyler and Jeff were excellent. Their attention to detail is second to none. What I appreciated most about their inspection was the communication to us. They made us feel completely comfortable and educated in regards to our future home. Not a single inch of our house was overlooked. The details in the report given is a great tool for us to continuously review to continue the upkeep of our house to maintain and help increase its value over time. Their approach kept the information detailed but not overwhelming to the average home owner which helped clarify all aspects of our new home. 5 stars!

We hired Lucas and his team in August 2022 to inspect a home in Bowness built in the 50s. I am writing this review almost a year later and we have had zero issues with our home. The experience with TWENTY20 was a breeze for the following reasons:1. The appointment: Communication with Lucas was pleasant, he fit us in quickly, and always spoke to us in layman's terms.2. Post-inspection report: We were provided with a thorough, logically-sequenced, and visually-appealing report on all aspects that were inspected. The report itself was beautifully laid out in a pamphlet like document including visuals, footnotes, etc - which was easy on the eyes and well suited to visual learners. It included detailed photos taken during the inspection, as well as a colonoscopy-type probe VIDEO of the pipes!!! In each section, there were also recommendations on how soon/whether or not something needed to be fixed, contractors we could use to remedy the problem, possible causes for said problems etc.3. The cost: We found the cost to be very reasonable given TWENTY20's expertise: This company is made of individuals with intimate knowledge and experience of the home-building industry, so they know their trade and its transfers beautifully to the home inspection side of things. The team's own confidence in their trade inspired confidence in the purchase of my first home.Overall, excellent experience, and I will definitely go with you again. Thank you Twenty20 :)
