Difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone at the clinic location . Calls just go to a central location. Very small parking lot and the foot institute is not easy to locate.

The doctor was very friendly, helpful and addressed all of my foot pain issues. The staff was equally as helpful. I highly recommend this practice if you live in the Calgary.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago only to get there 15min early then find the doors locked. Waited till 12:35 and realised they were probably swimming in this hot weather. Patients should rather wait. Tried calling their nunbers available on their website, but apparently only available Monday to Friday.

Dr Kidanu is a wonderful doctor. She’s friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with my orthotics and how much they have already helped in reducing my back pain. I highly recommend her as a podiatrist.

The Foot Institute - Calgary West
Dr. Eleni Kidanu saved my life! He did a major reconstruction of my foot after years of damage to my posterior tibial tendon. I can walk again, pain-free. He's also just a delightful human being, and her staff is an angel. I miss visiting them now that I've been released from care.
