I came to this store after the sleep clinic and I dealt with Cathy specifically. The place was amazing, had lots of variety but most importantly Cathy was extremely helpful and nice. I will come back and refer people to this store / location (Bowmanville) because of Cathy alone.

Kathy was so knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and make the best recommendations for my needs. Excellent customer service! The Bowmanville and Peterborough locations coordinated seamlessly to assist me in getting quick service on a lift chair for my 96 year old Nan. I greatly appreciated the extra mile the staff went to to coordinate the testing of a new remote in a rural area. Many thanks to Wendy & Tim in Peterborough, and Kaitlyn in Bowmanville. I have a win to celebrate! From my committed workouts with Living well.Pulled out a pair of shorts to wear today and to my delightful surprise they fit with comfort.Not the usual tight fit I usually have to put up with!Bravo ! I have been able to keep up my workouts with live well , as they provide me more than just a workout.They prove me with a positive support friendly place to work out.
