Absolutely amazing service. Elsa is so friendly and she makes sure she lines things up properly when she is doing earrings.She helped me with electrolysis and laser and I'm very happy with the results.She is good at suggesting what to do for certain things and will give you proper advice for after care.She is flexible with scheduling and will always try to accommodate you.I love Elsa and I keep going back to her because she is so wonderful.10/10 for this business. Would rate higher if I could.

Elsa did a piercing for my 16 year old. I wasn’t with my teen when she had her appointment, but was able to speak to Elsa on the phone prior to my teen’s appointment. I felt very safe and secure and assured that Elsa was doing this for my daughter. Elsa was very kind on the phone, going over the procedure and even though my daughter is legally old enough to make her own decision, Elsa was so kind to ask if I was okay with it. I felt it was so thoughtful of her.Elsa is very professional and my daughter felt safe with her. My teen had researched and saved up her money for this. We were happy Elsa was able to be part of this milestone for my girl.

My experience with Elsa has been amazing, I highly recommend Elsa's Esthetics.I first came to her following a really bad experience after getting a Groupon deal for laser hair removal that did not work.I was hesitant to try laser again, but she was encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish. She gave me an affordable payment schedule and the results have been fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations.

I have been going to Elsa's Esthetics for over a year now, I have gotten waxing, threading and multiple piercings there. I have never had a complaint or a problem. The staff is all very sweet and friendly also very welcoming. I have nothing but all nice things to say. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs these services done. Elsa herself is super nice and gentle.

Extremely disappointing experience. The lady in charge of my service, Mandy, was extremely rude and pushy. From the lack of interest in her work to the ridiculously overpriced service (which was very poorly done), I am proud to say I will never be visiting again. Ridiculous!
