The chicken is made fresh at every order which makes the experience and taste a lot better than other fried chicken places. The boneless chicken here is 1000% better than non-Korean style boneless chicken because at Chicko, they use the whole chicken, not just the chicken breast.

In our half order of Padak Padak there was green onions but no sauce? Everything else was delicious though

I’ve had better chicken in other Chicko. The chicken was ok but the portion was little. They served my fries cold. I would not return.

Really fresh fried chicken as all meals are made to order.So far I've had the full box and meal both fresh and delicious.It's definitely a unique taste and the second to spiciest was just right as in not spicy at all with a hint of sweetness.Will be back for sure.

I went here because of Tony Baroni and I am thankful for that. Chicken is really good, the sides are solid and you get a good portion for the price. Staff are very friendly too

Great place to satisfy your fried chicken cravings! I tried a few of their selections and I have to say that their soy garlic boneless chicken is the BEST! Super delicious, crispy, and so juicy.I've only evered online, so I can't comment on how service is.

We are regular customers of Chicko Chicken and tonight we were more impressed with their customer service. We ordered half and half (Haek Buldak and Soy Garlic). Waiting time is 20mins.However, while picking up the order, the staff informed us they made a mistake and made snow cheese instead of soy garlic and have to wait again. While thinking if we should wait again, they approached and offered to give free the snow cheese plus the right order.They were apologetic and while handing the order, gave us free drinks too. It was a above and beyond customer service!Quality and portion is as usual very good.Highly recommend this place!

Very good chickens. Taste may not be the best Korean chicken I have tasted but for the local fried chicken place, this one more than qualifies. The place doesn’t offer place to dine properly but is more like fast food settings.

Portions are generous. We had original, soy garlic, yangyeom, and buldak boneless chicken. Yangyeom and buldak were very tasty. Original wasn't crispy enough, and soy garlic is a bit lack of flavour. Chicken is crunchy outside but tender and juicy inside. Highly recommended!

The food was amazing in flavor. Good crunch, juicy on the inside, the fries are to die for. So that's not the problem.The problem is that, instead of separating a chicken into pieces and frying it, they must take a meat-cleaver and smash the entire chicken into bite-size pieces and then fry it.The result is bone shard all. through. the chicken. Shards so sharp that, if you swallow one, who knows what kind of damage it could do. If it doesn't get that far, it could easily break your teeth by biting onto it like I did SO many times, and by then you have a mouthful of chicken that you literally have to spit out and pick through to find it. Don't pick the bone-in for your date night, spitting out and sifting your chewed chicken is probably not attractive.I had so many shards I had to stop eating entirely. Normally I eat bone-in chicken because it tends to be juicier / more flavorful, but it is not worth getting a shard of bone stuck in my esophagus. They give you literally one whole" chicken piece like a leg and the rest is pulverized
