We googled this place close to Niagara on the lake. The reviews and the food looked good. We were not disappointed. The service was friendly , food was hot and good , outdoor patio was nice and it was quieter then right in town. We would go again. The chicken parm was a real chicken breast and the meat pie had big chunks of potatoes and veggies. . Home made fries were delicious.

For what it is, it’s a 5/5. It’s an unpretentious local watering hole with above-average pub food and below-average prices. The waitstaff were very friendly and efficient. We got the pizza and wing deal which was really tasty and a steal at $27 for a full pie and a pound a half of wings. The pizza is made in a brick oven which is better than I’d expect from this kind of place. A breath of fresh air in a town full of overpriced tourist traps.

A real fun place to visit in if your in Niagara on the lake a bit away from the main street but definitely worth a visit. Great bar food at a reasonable price. They also don't overcharge on the liquor. Servers are also very nice.

My wife and I went for a road trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake and decided to check this place out. We’re glad that we did. It’s a local golf-themed pub style restaurant. Pin flags from famous golf courses from all over the world are on the walls. The service was extremely friendly, and the food and wine was excellent and extremely affordable. No price gouging here. I had the “pub favourite” Rueben sandwich with a salad and my wife had a 5 item supreme pizza. Tomatoes, mushrooms, feta, cheddar and roasted garlic. Both were great. I will definitely be back again.

Our first stop on our little Niagara on the lake trip and this place was cool - I'm a lover of golf and they legit have stuff actually relevant to the sport -- unlike some basic sport bars. The service was very friendly and fast & the food was really good. Will go again!

This past Friday evening, I attended a birthday/hockey party at Sandtrap. We had the back room. When our numbers exploded beyond what we'd reserved, to approximately 36, they quickly brought in more tables and chairs. While chaos ensued, with the 20 or so three to ten year old's in the group, our lone waitress Melanie , warmly and efficiently got everyone served their food and drinks much more quickly than I expected (all with separate family bills of course!) She even made sure to double check at each table that everyone received everything they'd ordered, and that all was well. In addition to the outstanding service, the food was very good, and a great time was had by all.

First of all, AMAZING SERVICE! The waitresses at this restaurant always have a smile on their face and ready to serve. Food is good and competitively priced for a tourist area. My fiancé and I come here almost everytime we visit Niagara. A must visit restaurant.

Dinner on Monday evening with family. Good service, Nice pizza, fish entree was one small piece, haddock. Could have included more fries too. Reasonable prices. Should have less high-top tables given that most patrons are mature adults.
