Quay Construction helped me with my kitchen cabinet and vinyl plank install. On short notice Quay Construction was able to assemble a team to install the kitchen cabinets and flooring for the whole apartment in only 1.5 working days!Matin was punctual and fast to communicate with. Everyday he was there before the work and after the work was completed for a detailed check.His teams that performed the work were respectful of the building and didn't leave a mess.I will work with Quay Construction again and the future and would recommend to anyone.

I'm very happy with the results of the work done by Matin and his team at Quay Construction. I had a short timeline with limited hours the building would allow work to be performed, but they got it done. Matin was extremely responsive, cooperative, and committed to making sure that I was happy with the work. The work I had done was painting, floor replacement, minor demo, electrical, addition of an interior window, and repair of previous tenant damage. It looks like an entirely different place than it was.

This was my first home renovation experience, and I couldn't be more glad I went with Matin and Quay Construction. They took what is arguably a very stressful ordeal and turned it into an extremely fulfilling experience. The owner works very closely with you and will work with any budget, to give you the home you want. Quay was able to take our budget and turn our old apartment into a luxury style home without the luxury prices. Their team is very fast, very responsive and professional. Any small detail that you want to work in, they're more than happy to accommodate, and the options you're able to choose from for design are seemingly limitless. Matin and his team were great. I used them for a complete bathroom renovation. The quality was excellent, and the team was extremely attentive to my needs, and vision of what I wanted it to look like. He and his team did every single thing I asked for. Everything turned out beautifully, and the tiling and other installation was impeccable. Though there were several delays due to trade shortages, delays in deliveries etc. Matin kept me informed as best he could. Also, his general contractor on the site, named Ali, was really great, so helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend using Quay for a bathroom renovation. Though I would recommend that anyone starting a reno, should plan on 20-30% more time than originally estimated, just because of availability of sub trades, and materials, especially if you have particular taste or special order items. But it will all be worth it with Quay!

We recently had a kitchen renovation completed by Matin and his team and we are so happy to have worked with him. We wanted to reconfigure the layout to improve the flow and storage space.This is the first project we have hired professionals to complete so we spoke with many companies. Quay had one of the more reasonable quotes and from the initial contact, we were impressed by Matin’s communication and professionalism, which ultimately became the reason we chose Quay instead of other companies.During the project, his team was professional and efficiently completed the different aspects of the reno. We live in a condo and Matin was very considerate of how the reno may affect our neighbours by posting project notices with work hours and his contact info, and lined the hallways with plastic as to not dirty the carpets, something we havent seen many companies do when other units were renovated.There were some hiccups that came up as the project progressed (as with any reno), but Matin listened to our concerns and worked with us to resolve the issue. Overall, the entire process was pretty stress-free and straightforward. We are really happy with our reno and would gladly recommend Quay to any of our friends and family.
