Yes! Vietnamese food in Gibsons! Thank you!! Tasty rare beef soup with tender beef, flavourful broth, fresh sprouts & basil. Spring rolls did not taste like they were freshly cooked but maybe fried earlier and then warmed up when ordered. The wrapper looked & felt overcooked but the filling and dip were tasty. We did not receive the drinks that we ordered and paid for but I didn’t notice until i was home.They were very busy and stressed out and for a place that you’d think would be primarily takeout focused they were not properly set up for that at all. At one point several staff were even yelling at each other. I felt bad for them and it was uncomfortable. They just opened about a week ago so i am sure all the kinks will work out over time! Some better communication and more training for the front of house staff on how to handle the busy times would go a long way :)

This is my new favourite restaurant! My husband and I each ordered a bowl of beef pho and some spring rolls for takeout. The portions are huge, the broth is incredibly flavourful and the spring rolls are crispy and fried to perfection. I will be recommending it to everybody I know! 10/10! Best meal I've had in a long time!

I recently visited Gibsons Pho Le and I was blown away by the delicious pho they served. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The beef was tender and sliced thin, just the way I like it. The portions were generous and the service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Gibsons Pho Le to anyone looking for a great bowl of pho.

DELICIOUS! Vietnamese food will ALWAYS be my favourite. My husband and I got a giant bowl of Chicken Pho, and a noodle bowl with pork and spring roll. SO GOOD. Fresh, fragrant, filling, friendly service, an all around great experience.

Pho Le is a brand new Vietnamese restaurant in Sunny Crest Mall right across from Super Value.Pho Le is run by a friendly Vietnamese family that puts their heart and soul into the food.The Bun Bo Hue house special soup is delicious.If your on the sunshine coats Chiang Rai Times highly recommends Pho LeWe give it 5 Stars

The food here is VERY authentic and incredibly delicious! You will not be disappointed with anything that you order. Everything was prepared fresh and the owner is very friendly. If you are in Gibsons you should definitely try this place out!
