Jena and Sean have been awesome to work with. I was able to totally customize my fabric choice from the generic choices to a designer fabric. I wasn’t sure if having automation was worth the expense but Sean gave me a genuine opinion about what I should do and didn’t try to up-sell me. And it was worth every penny! They have followed up any questions I’ve had quickly and when it came to install Sean and his partner were so gracious and kind to my kids who wanted so badly to watch and ask a million questions!The only reason for four stars instead of five is that I wish the blinds came slightly wider on my windows and that I could adjust the settings myself. But that is more a of manufacturer issue and Jena has been wonderful about solving any problems I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend this product and company and would buy with them again!

Sean was helpful, professional and so kind when he came to measure our windows, show us samples, and give us a quote. The install was prompt, seamless, and Jena was wonderful as well. The blinds that were installed are high quality and look incredible in our home. For reference, we also got a quote from Budget Blinds, but their product and service was very subpar, for a higher price point. Vista Shades all the way!
