Rarely give 5 stars, but Murray's install was superb, with attention to detail. I am very picly but could not find any issues so far. Kyle and Jake were prompt and their quality of work is rare to find amongst service providers. Highly recommended.

These guys installed a new Carrier HVAC system in my home last year and just recently installed a new Carrier furnace in my parents home. Very knowledgable, great value and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Murray Heating and Cooling.

I just had new Carrier gas furnace and Carrier air conditioner installed by Murrays Heating & Cooling Inc and I just wanted to say that Jake did an amazing installation on both units he was very meticulous and the workmanship was top notch.

If you are in Stittsville look no further. I got quote from costco, enercare (don't recommend) & local dealer. Murray price is better than every one for higher efficiency furnace. This people are very knowledgeable and give good tips. They did a very good job in install & did few extra things to make the install look very clean.Enercare guys will push you to change AC as well, but Murray Chris will suggest only whats required.I would recommend them than anyone in town.

Highly recommended. Excellent service and install, very clean work. Honest organization that takes care of their clients, and follows through. Chris gave great advice on which unit we should install to reduce our propane usage (Bryant ducted air source heat pump) and we have been very comfortable. The price was appropriate for the system given other quotes. Our main installer, Kyle, was very thorough and explained the system to us, took time to talk me through specifics, and provided great guidance on its operation, him and the rest of the team did great work. We will be using their services in the future.

A quick note to highlight the very positive experience we had with Murray Heating & Cooling. After more than 18 years without any central air conditioner, we finally contacted a few HVAC companies for A/C quotes. We were very impressed by Murray Heating & Cooling’s quick response, very fair quote and timely installation. In fact, we really enjoyed dealing with the owner (Chris) as opposed to a sales team rep. Over the years, we’ve had different HVAC companies install an HRV, a tank-less hot-water system and an high-efficient furnace in our home but Murray Heating & Cooling installation team clearly demonstrated above-average workmanship. Even if we were not HVAC experts, we could appreciate the attention to details and the neatness of our A/C installation. Our only regret is not having involved Murray Heating & Cooling in our previous HVAC equipment purchases. Our bad!

I don’t know where to start in regards to having the absolute pleasure to have these two help me with my air conditioning. I had to shop around looking for someone who could supply myself with a quote and availability as soon as they could. I called many many stores in Ottawa and The Murray’s were so quick to respond! Kyle came all the way out to my place to look at it and explained in great detail , as I had no idea where to start, showed myself the pipes , what he needed to do and what could be saved. He was so professional, kind! No other company even reached out to come look at it after waiting for days for a reply. They would guesstimate how much it would be and told me , without looking at it as they never mentioned even coming out to my place first, the price “could go up” if they found something. Kyle was amazing and gave me a quote so fast after he was checking out the unit. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you also to AJ for all the hard work in installing the new air conditioner with Kyle! The professionalism to the kindness to the incredible work, they made me feel such at ease!! Kyle replaced our hot water tank and did an excellent job. He picked up our call right away and was here the next morning with a new tank. Very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!
