Very good shop. both sales girls were very courteous and took all their time to explain about the products.

The staff wasn't friendly at all. I went there looking around for an apron. But the staff just stared at me and did nothing. She just stood near the cash reg and did not greed any customer.

Terrible experience. I bought the Volcano 12-Pc Dinnerware Set but when I opened the box at home, it was half empty. I returned to the store to solve the issue and the manager asked me to bring back the original heavy box, instead of just giving me the missing elements. Finally, it was solved two weeks later. No compensations was given for the stressful inconvenient and all the back-n-forth transportation I had to do because of their employee’s fault.

Excellent customer service from Sam, the super helpful manager. I found everything I was looking for, and was impressed with the items in stock and the value.

Many nice things for the holidays to set up a beautiful dinning table the staff provides a amazing costumer services they are very nice better than Rockland center

Very kind and responsive staff. They speak clear French and good English. They helped us with finding alternative products when we couldn't find what we were searching for.

I went there to buy a rice maker, the staff were not friendly at all. The salesman handed me a rice maker off the shelf without any box or anything(he didn’t take it behind the counter to box/bag it or anything). I had to ask them to hold in to it so we can look around and buy something else.I ended up buying two more items. At the end the saleswoman (I think she was the owner or a manager) kept offering us all of these small products on the counter and insisted on forcing us to buy them.My bill was 80$ and she wanted to charge me 1$ for a bag because they didn’t have the box of the rice maker.No like; OK we dont have the box so we bag it for you or anything…I love stoks but I’ll never go back in this store at Trust Montreal.

Great pricing, amazing staff and great stuff. The only issue would be the managers attitude towards how they treat customers during a conflict.I didn't go through a conflict" but when questioned about the price of something they got super defensive as if we demanded them to meet the price which was not the case.I feel the work done by the staff is overshadowed by the attitude of the management :)"

Was just in the store one of the staff was very nasty they and they charged me regular price on 50% percent off item with some dumb argument why that's the price.I'll find other places to buy stuff without getting ripped off

Very amicable and helpful staff, lots of products on sale and great location, easy to find and lots of interesting products
