I initially had some great haircuts here, but my last one was not up to the quality I expected for what I paid. I went to someone else to have it fixed and they actually took the time to section properly - for much cheaper too. 2 other friends have also left this salon because of rushed or mediocre visits.

I’m so happy with my haircut from Jared! He really pays attention to what I want while also making great suggestions to help me reach my hair goals. The salon itself is bright and welcoming and I always leave feeling beautiful and confident! Would highly recommend Jared and GUIDE.

Thanks for ruining my daughters hair for her grad. It looks like a 2 year old curled it and we now have to scramble to redue it . Seriously so upset right now, I do not recommend this place at all.

Only because a zero rating is not available!!I booked my appointment two weeks ago and they called me at 12:30pm the day before to tell me that the stylist I choose won’t be working so I can either cancel my appointment or reschedule it or get my hair done by a backup stylist. I was utterly shocked by the unprofessionalism and the rudeness in the tone of the girl I was talking to. Long story short, she cancelled my appointment without my permission and was being sarcastic about the inconvenience they did to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Their behaviour implies they do not need your business.

abby m. was amazing! i found her through instagram and booked with her for her to do my grad hair. i went in for a consult cause i wasn’t too sure what i wanted. i had two reference photos and she did a great job merging them into what i want wanted. she was helpful and super easy to talk too. loved what she did with my hair and can’t wait to see her again!
