EPIC Contracting

We used Erik and his team to renovate our basement after it flooded in June. He was so easy to work with. He was punctual, reliable, professional and he had everything done in a timely manner and it looks perfect, we love our new basement so much. We would recommend EPiC Contracting to anyone and everyone and we will definitely contact him again for any future projects.

We used Epic contracting for our kitchen renovation and main floor upgrade. Eric and Blair were great to work with and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Epic contracting was upfront with the cost and they were good about sticking to our budget. They had great suggestions and ideas that made the end result better than we imagined. We would recommend Epic contracting to anyone and we are even thinking about another project with them in the new year.

We were delighted with the master bathroom renovation project completed by EPiC Contracting. Erik's friendly and collaborative approach resulted in us getting exactly what we were looking for and more! The suggestions and options, often of minor cost or even less cost, resulted in a space we truly appreciate! Erik's team of trades were equally impressive. The project came in on budget and on time. Epic redid our kitchen & family room. His crew did an outstanding job from start to finish (including wiping out the insides of all the cabinets). The best part is, the project was completed on time and within our budget. Special thanks to Blair, project coordinator, who ran a tight ship with a friendly smile always.

We had an outdated gas fireplace and tv area in our living room. We decided to update it with an electric fireplace and new tile. We described to Erik the look that we wanted. His enthusiasm won us over. Blair did most of the renovation work. He was very respectful and did an amazing job. The rest of the contractors were equally impressive. The finished job is even better than what we imagined. Highly recommended!

We contracted EPic for a main floor renovation, including knocking out walls, demolition and kitchen rebuild, including cabinets. EPiC was strong on communicating planning, timing, bringing issues to our attention on a timely basis and thorough, including clean-up and final inspection.All their trades were professional and took the time to answer questions.EPiC proved to be very good value.

From the moment we met with Erik of Epic Contracting we knew he was the right fit for us to look after our Reno’s. He very easy to talk with, listened to what we wanted to get done and offered some cost effective suggestions of what other upgrades we could make and everything came out awesome! He was the first contractor that we had come in that provided us with a very detailed cost breakdown of the work to be done and explained in person if there would be any changes and what the cost difference would be which gave us control / heads up on any cost differences. When all the work was completed the final bill was not a surprise except for how pleased we were that is was very close the original quoted amount. Awesome!!From moment we decided the Epic Contracting was the company we wanted to do the Reno's Erik helped us every step of the way and always kept us in the loop as to when his contractors would be arriving and leaving, what was being done and when. When any work was completed Erik would make sure we were happy with the outcome and if any little thing at as even a bit amiss he was right on it to make it right. As far as the workmanship of Erik and his team we could not be more pleased with the outcome.
