I have no direct experience with this company but am aware of a very ethical way the owner handled a situation.

We used Golden Horseshoe Concrete to repour our garage floor and a patio in our backyard. They were very responsive and took the time out to walk us through the process. They take pride in their work and are meticulous to detail. They kept their work area clean and made sure to pick up all their garbage at the end of the day. We will definitely use Golden Horseshoe Concrete again and would recommend them to anybody.

I haven't used this company. I've been made aware of the company's exceptional professionalism regarding a matter with an employee. I will however use the company in the future, based off their exceptional customer service and the importance they felt in making the incident right. Not many businesses owners are this caring nowadays.

We used Golden Horseshoe to form and pour a new retaining wall and concrete pad at our cottage and the work was excellent. They performed all the work in a highly professional manner and managed many daily questions and clarifications with ease. The team was able to adapt to unknown site conditions quickly and never asked for extra payment even when i know they went over and above the original quotation. All the staff were knowledgeable in their skillsets and they take a very high level of pride in the finished product. If you need work done, get on their schedule fast as they are busy, and for good reason!

The owner Thomas Prestney came out to look at what we wanted to do and made many promises to give us a quote and also have his guys come out and look at how to resurface our front porch. When I never heard back I tried emailing and submitting request on their website. I believe I am being ghosted. If you don't want our business, tell me. Don't just ignore me.
