Every time I go to this store it leaves me feeling frustrated. Lines are huge and instead of staffing properly they’ll have 4 people at one till. Also I swear they only hire people who work in slow motion. I wish my save-on-foods didn’t close down.

Excellent grocery store with amazing variety of foods. Has a lot of parking, and it’s convenient to get to.The staff were also really great. Didn't have a save-on foods card so they refunded me 16% of our purchase (savings that we didn't get because of no card). Amazing!!

Regular Save On....quite high prices but a few good specials is the norm. BLESS THE MANAGER'S HEART FOR HIRING THE CASHIERS THEY HAVE....BECAUSE THEY ARE UNEMPLOYABLE ELSEWHERE!!!!! But please get them off the tills and have them fiddling around stocking shelves instead of creating long line-ups!!!!! Absolutely ridiculously poor service!!!! I have never experienced any store with such slow confused cashiers!!!!

Great store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. The only complaint I have is that some of the cashiers are very slow. Especially frustrating when there are huge lines waiting for checkout.

Have been shopping from here for the past 5 years. They have a very good selection of produce. Pricey but super fresh. Their point system is a bit tricky but if you are careful you won't be tricked.They just have the best display presentation among all stores. Fresh meat and fish are always available. Happy hours are a good bargain. Staffs are amazing and very helpful. Shop almost everyday from here. The baked goods are to die for . The Blueberry pie and the cinnamon buns are on the top. Located in Tillicum Mall,they have ample parking space . They have an online order pickup counter as well. Only used their pharmacy a couple of times but we did find everything we needed. Their garden centre is amazing too. In

This save on is one of the best organized grocery stores around. It is clean, and if I ever have any questions, the staff take me directly to where I need to go, and tell me if there are better deals around the store on similar products! The service is great, the selection is great and everything is easy to find. I prefer coming to this one because they have the best selection in my opinion.

Great produce section and deli. Bakery is horrible never anybody at the counter EVER! Cashiers are slow as molasses. On top of that they have some ding dong woman pushing carts around the parking lot completely oblivious to her surroundings and nearly hit my car.I also completely object to being asked at the check out if I wanted to contribute to this charity or that. Ultimately if the charity means something to them they can contribute. Asking customers should be stopped!

I use the Tillicum store on-line shopping delivery. Of late, the staff in store and the ones shopping for customers aren't reading the notes attached with on-line order like check expiry dates" (as though you should even have to tell them this)

Many thanks to Bill working the freezer section tonight January 30, 2023 at the tillicum store... they didn't have any of the frozen western family ravioli left in the freezer or the back so he called the other stores... as I was trying to get things the hubby could cook while I was getting surgery tomorrow... he let me know that none of the stores had any...However about 15 mins later he finds me in another part of the store after digging through the boxes and found a couple that where in the wrong spot, that he brought to me...WoW now that's definitely above and beyond... I can't thank him enough... unfortunately I didn't catch his name..thank you, he definitely deserve recognition!!!
