The service here really went down hill in the past year or so.There use to be some fantastic workers there. My last visit I was treated with ignorance and rudeness.It wasnt busy, I placed my order.Waited for it.Seen it being placed on top of the oven, went up to get it to be told thats not yours" in an ignorant tone.I sad down

The pizza here is always good. That's not the problem. I've been going to this location for 10+ years & never had a problem with service until tonight. I was met with unnecessary explanations & attitude by a young man there. I, in no way, gave him any reason to be like this to me. Even after the rotten tone he had with me I said nothing. I left feeling weird & disappointed for the first time. I will go back of course, it's close to my house, but it put a damper on my night tonight & I hope that guy has a better day tomorrow.

Pizza is good. Inside is quite nice. Staff are always friendly. They feed a fox and about a dozen racoons which is terrible and iv tried to tell them not too cause eventually it will probably end up with them having to be caught and put down.

I couldn't write a review without giving at least one star. This restaurant should not have any stars.Ordered 3 ponzos.$60 later, the food was terrible. Like, gross. Worst food ever and I'm appalled that they had the nerve to serve this to customers, let alone charge $20 a pop.Ponzo was 75% dough that was tough, hard, borderline burnt and tasted strongly of yeast. The centre was like a lava dome of too much sauce, some meat and no cheese to be seen. Sauce tasted metallic, meat tasted...not good. Not the usual not good of the Horyl's pepperoni everyone seems to be addicted to here, more like at the end of its okayness.3 people, 2 bathrooms and a dag and a half of agony later, I called to complain.I was hung up on.Eat at this place at your own risk.

Clean and friendly establishment, okay prices and food came out fast. Im not from these parts and pepperoni is different than im used to, but the pizza was good.

Took 6 mins to place order for a large pizza.29.00.Never showed so i called back after 1hour and 15 .then told to call back again if pizza dont show.I wasnt paying for that pizza that still never showed or was sitting in car hour and half.Pretty sure if girl taking order paid attention to address things be fine.So i Ordered from place on corner instead...arrived in 20 mins.

Seeing a similar trend in the reviews left already. Pizza is great, service was awful. One employee there was so rude and defensive when all they had to do was apologize for the 2 hour wait. Delivery guy seems great, so real problem is the actual store staff. Was told that my call about delay was ignored as a suspected a “prank call” and then told me my number was wrong and he called twice. Delivery guy was nice though, no issues!
