Our experience was pretty good. Friendly & professional in person interactions. It was also convenient as we live in Eastern Passage so it saved on has and we got a $8 refund because of our limited travel. When I got the vehicle it was a little tricky reaching by phone and when filling up the truck it was almost $19 from Birchill & back on Pleasant St. Which he thought to would be about $12-13 worth of driving. Not his fault, meant that the previous driver probably didn't completely fill up the tank.I appreciated his honesty in calling back that we went under the amount of milage and refunding $8. I would come back to this location and get a truck again.

Horrible service! No compassion. Site says it has 5 lock boxes and only has 3, which makes it confusion for pick up.
