Victor is top notch! Not only is his food spectacular but his personality matches his energy and talent. He cooked a meal for us while staying at the Fernie Mountain House and he took the time to explain what and how he was cooking each item. I felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant in the comfort of our rental house.I highly recommend him (and his lovely wife) for any function!

It is hard to describe how amazing it is to have your own chef that serves Michelin level meals and all you have to do is put on a pair of sweat pants and walk out of your bedroom.Victor is not only a great innovative chef, but he is fantastic company in the kitchen. Our large group kept him busy with questions that ranged from the Fernie backcountry, to where he sources some of his incredible farm to table ingredients (Dan Barber should steal his mushroom scallop recipe). Our diverse group had the usual 1-2 vegans, gluten free, lactose intolerant, etc. No problem for Victor.Several of us, that could be described as Manhattan foodies, could not wait for the next Victor dinner. For a group as large as ours, it made economic sense and was logistically far more practical than going out every evening. Leftovers guaranteed the best ski lunches ever.If you can do it, book it. Victor helped make our family visit to Fernie a really special and unforgettable experience.We applauded him each night, and you will too.

Victor provided his unique specialty dishes with a personality to match at the fashion show we held at Fernie Mountain House. His flavours and presentations are that next-level culinary experience I was hoping for. Victor was easy to sit down with and developed a menu and price for our event. Being able to relax was also important. Victor managed the whole afternoon, from start to finish (read set up and clean up). Although our event was 25 people, he also makes smaller, more intimate dinners. We are planning that soon. Highly recommend Chef victor Spicer.Franki Stuart

Victor came to our place and catered my elopement dinner and made the best charcuterie I've ever had!! He was such a great person to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone for private chef or catering needs.

Victor catered dinner for our ski group of 13 for a week at Fernie. The meals were delicious, generous, and hearty. Victor's service was friendly, prompt, and complete. He even returned to help clean up after we were finished. He is a good, honest, and trustworthy. I strongly recommend him if you want comfort food catered.

Unbelievable Michelin star cooking with a personal touch! Visitor cooked for our group of 10 6 times during our stay- we would have done every night if he weren’t booked. Best part of our trip!!

We had our annual Guys Ski Trip this year to Fernie with 13 skiers. Victor provided dinner for 6 nights and the food was excellent and delivered on time each night. Victor is very service oriented and asked each evening if there was anything he could do better (not much!). Would highly recommend Victor for other groups.

We were looking for a cater for our small wedding on the ski hill in Fernie BC and Victor was recommended to us. It was definitely one of the best decisions. The process and communication with Victor was so smooth and he took all our ideas and was able to create an unforgettable evening that our guests and ourselves will never forget. The food was absolutely to die for and his attention to detail was highlighted in every bite you took. By far the crowd favourite was his scallops and bacon and the pork belly. Victor was an absolutely outstanding human and chef. He was extremely accommodating to our dietary needs, he was quick and efficient, and created delicious meals that felt like a treat EVERYDAY. He’s going to continue to support continued brand retreats with his service because of how amazing of a human he is!!! I recommend Victor to anyone.
